Guided Meditation for Forgiveness
Welcome to this guided law of attraction meditation for forgiveness; forgiveness is not easy. In fact, forgiving can be one of the most difficult things we face in this lifetime especially if somebody has caused us harm. And yet it is vital that we learn to do so, for nothing causes as much stress on the physical body or the soul as carrying negativity. When we hold a grudge, we do untold damage to ourselves over time; in letting go you not only set the object of your forgiveness free, you nurture yourself in body and spirit.
It is this gentle compassion for ourselves and those we feel have harmed us that leads us forward and allows us to be at our most loving in the universe. During this meditation, our focus will be on connecting with that peaceful strength that resides within us.
This strength is there, always. Through this meditation, you will attract the awareness of the gentle strength you need to let go of your pain. You will also cultivate mindfulness, to allow you to forgive and move through life with gentle compassion.
Know that in connecting with the universe this way, we will raise your vibration. This in turn will help you to establish a deeper connection with yourself.
Please Note: For optimal results you should be sitting or lying down in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. As we go through this meditation, remember to feel grateful for this opportunity to focus on your well-being.
